Senator Dino Melaye, a Kogi West lawmaker, has lamented his travails under the President Muhammadu Buhari-led federal government. The lawmaker, who decried his alleged maltreatment under the Buhari government, pointed out that he was never framed up for fighting the immediate past President Goodluck Jonathan.
Melaye wrote this on his Instagram page Sunday while sharing some photographs of himself and some youths protesting against alleged corruption under the immediate past administration.
“I was never framed up for fighting Jonathan. Never arraigned! Aluta continua victoria asata,” he wrote.
Melaye, who is currently involved in a face-off with the Nigeria Police Force, was reported to have jumped off a police van in Abuja while being conveyed to Lokoja to face criminal charges. With Daily Post.
