According to reports, the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has suspended the Rivers State election rerun going-on today August 18th, citing widespread violence. However, sources on the ground and videos making rounds show members of the Nigerian police and SARS aiding APC thugs in snatching voting papers from various polling units.
