MARRIAGE PROPOSAL GOES HORRIBLY WRONG!

Take one man, a ukulele and a marriage proposal – is it a recipe for love or a date for disaster?  A hilarious YouTube video reveals all… apart from whether it is real or not.

In the video, a man can be seen walking in a shopping centre, apparently in Dubai, with his girlfriend. He then grabs a microphone and starts bellowing sweet nothings to her as onlookers gather round.

Before getting down on one knee, a three piece band accompanies his proposal. However, in a fit of rage (or questionable acting skills) his potential wife takes a ukulele off one of the band members and proceeds to hit her lover on the head, knocking him to the ground.

Startled and silenced, the crowd, band and man take a few seconds to make sense of what just happened.

While the video would definitely make it into a top ten failed marriage proposals list, it almost seems too good to be true. It could be staged, but that doesn’t make it any less cringe worthy.
