Lorry driver brushes his teeth while driving!

A LORRY driver has been caught brushing his teeth while driving on the motorway by police during a week-long operation.

The driver is blissfully he is being recorded as he brushes his teeth while driving on a busy motorway.   
Almost 200 motorists were caught by Hampshire police and the footage has been posted online to warn others of the dangers of distracted driving.
Other offenders included a man checking his iPad and a woman applying her make-up.
Sergeant Paul Diamond said offences such as these were a "significant factor" in many road collisions.
"The vast majority were holding phones in their lap and accessing applications or texting with their hands held low," said Diamond. “This is incredibly dangerous both for the motorist and for other road users” "This is incredibly dangerous both for the motorist and for other road users.
"Driver distracted is one of the 'fatal four' causes of road deaths and collisions in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight."
Operation Tramline, which took place last month on motorways across Hampshire and the Thames Valley, saw 198 drivers prosecuted for a total of 227 driving offences.
All of the offenders were given £100 fines and three points on their licence.
