Is Gen Mohammadu Burahi now a patriotic Nigerian after ordering that the Nigerian Nation will be made ungovernable for GEJ after he lost out in the 2011 general election? Or is the government bleeping in fear?
Since the advent of the present style of terrorism in Nigeria dating back to immediately after the 2011 presidential election in which Gen Buhari contested and lost, all fingers have been pointing toward him owing to that statement he allegedly made, ''to make the State ungovernable'' for Goodluck Jonathan.
And ever since then, neither Buhari nor any other top brass from the north have come out openly to condemn the lashing of terror on the peace loving people of Nigeria.

In a surprising U-turn, Gen Buhari wrote an article on some of the Nigerian national dailies this week, expressing his profound support for the government on the war on terror. This was after the agents of government a few weeks ago openly accused him of been behind the terror group in Nigeria in which Buhari in his charismatic manner responded by threatening to take the government to court if they did not present evidence of their allegation or apologize publicly to him.
And just two days later after Buhari had published his article in some of the Nigerian newspapers, he got the apology he asked for from the government.
In his own style of apology, President Goodluck Jonathan commended General Muhammadu Buhari for his fearless call for national unity against terrorism in the country. The commendation was contained in a statement issued by Dr Reuben Abati, the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity in Abuja. Abati said that the President applauded Buhari’s views as expressed in his article which was published by the media over the past two days. He addedd, “President Goodluck Jonathan believes that the position taken by Gen. Buhari is that of a true patriot, respected former Head of State, revered elder statesman and nationalist.

Wow, Gen Mohammadu Buhari is now a true patriot, a revered elder statesman and nationalist all of a sudden. Even after we have not heard any word in form of apology to the Nigerian people over that inciting statement he made prior to the commencement of the present style of terrorism in Nigeria.
Lets hope the terror will subside for the good name to remain. Rtd Vice Admiral, Governor Murtala H Nyako could be the next to be honored with a presidential tribute if care is not taken.
Goodluck to you GEJ!
Goodluck to you GEJ!
