Do You Fancy Growing A Beard Made From Bees?

We’ve heard of beard grooming competitions but this one is just unbelievable. These well-coiffed competitors at the 10th annual Clovermead bee beard competition in Ontario, Canada, are sporting furry beards made from bees. But how do they make the critters stay where they are without getting stung?
Meet the bee whisperer, an insect tamer specially trained in the art of sticking bees to willing human victims. Unfortunately the bee whisperer keeps the secret to taming bees pretty quiet. The winning bee beard is the competitor who manages to do a little dance on the catwalk while wearing the heaviest amount of bees.
This year the competition, which was held on Friday July 5, was won by Mexican Nuria Morfin after just 20 minutes of preparation. The top prize was £1,360 ($2,500 Canadian) to be donated to a charity of the winner’s choice. Source: www.metro.co.uk
