Leadership by example; In picture; Michelle Obama giving a helping hand to school children from Arizona, California, Ohio and Washington, D.C. to harvest the White House Kitchen Garden on Tuesday.

"It's beautiful," the First Lady told them, "And just imagine that everything was just dirt just a few months ago."

They then started digging, harvesting lettuce, bell peppers, sweet potatoes and tomatoes, before enjoying a late lunch in the White House. Good, good, first Lady!
