Nigeria will be officially declared Ebola-free in less than a week after containing the disease that has killed more than 4,000 people.
If the active surveillance for new cases that is currently in place continues, and no new cases are detected, WHO will declare the end of the outbreak of Ebola virus disease in Nigeria on Monday 20th October," the WHO said in a statement.
