Obasanjo Files An Appeal On Contempt ''MY WATCH''.

Former Nigerian President Olusegun Obasanjo has filed an appeal against the ruling of a Federal high court in Abuja ordering the confiscation of his recently launched book ''MY WATCH'' for disobeying an injunction on the book launch, sell and distribution.

A strong democracy is usually a product of a strong and unflinching judiciary devoid of  corruption and interference. In our opinion, the court must defend it's integrity by punishing Obasanjo for contempt or the Nigerian judiciary is dead and buried period. We have had so much of this bollocks from this old rascal called OBJ.

He need to be thought that nobody is above the law. If he can sent Bode George to prison, he himself is no different. Nigeria must rise above sentiments!

Obasanjo no doubt knew about the injunction stopping  the selling and distributing of the book ''MY WATCH'', but in his mischievous way of feeling and doing things as someone above the law, chose to flout the court order.

Nigeria need to look again before allowing these retired generals into our body polity if we really want to consolidate our democracy built on the strength of the rule of law.
