Will You Ever Take Your Parents To Court For Not Sending You To Uni? Ok, Here She Go Again!

From nypost; A 21-year-old woman who sued her parents for college tuition fees sometime last year was back in court this week claiming her parents should be held in contempt because they refuse to pay as ordered by the court, according to nypost.

Caitlyn Ricci filed a motion Monday arguing that her parents, Michael Ricci and Maura McGarvey, violated a judge’s previous decision that forced them to put her through Temple University.

“That’s fine. They can hold me in contempt of court. They can do whatever they want,” Ricci’s father told WPVI-TV. “I’m not going to pay. I’m not going to give them any money until my daughter has a relationship with me and we start to heal our family.”

Ricci hasn’t spoken to her divorced parents for nearly 2 years, the local ABC affiliate reports.
They claim the only reason they won’t cough up the dough is because Ricci refused to follow their rules.
