Meet Chelsea Footbal Club First Team Doctor, Eva Carneiro, Who Has Been Subjected To Loads Of Sexist Abuse By English Football Fans

Eva Carneiro, is no new person to anyone who has been following Chelsea FC in the English Premier League. She is Chelsea’s first-team doctor who has been subjected to sexist abuse by Manchester United, Manchester City and Arsenal fans this season.

Her abuse and those of other female football officials working in the English football industry is now a subject of discuss with the aim to finding a lasting solution to this sickening and disgusting behaviour among the English football fans.

Eva Carneiro was promoted to her role at the start of the 2011-12 campaign after two years working with the reserves. She was born in Gibraltar to a Spanish father and English mother, studied medicine at Nottingham University, worked in the Scottish Highlands on graduation then spent two years at the Australasian College of Sports Physicians before completing her MSc in Sport and Exercise at London’s Queen Mary University.
