Couples Are Having Less Sex And The Internet Is To Blame

Couples generally are said to be having less sex and this downward trend has been blamed on the increased use of the internet. Both young and old no doubt seems to be spending more time on social networking sites such as; Facebook, twitter, instagram, etc. A research carried out by a UK university has come out with a UK own statistics which somehow reflects a global trend. 

According to metro.co.uk, couples in the UK are having significantly less sex and the internet is probably to blame, a leading statistician has claimed.  Speaking on BBC Radio 4’s Woman’s Hour, he suggested that the British people constant use of the worldwide web is to blame.

The number of times the average British heterosexual couple get intimate under the sheets has dropped from four times a month in 2000 to three times a month now. In 1990, it was five times a month. Read Full Article
