Shine Your Eyes; It Is Not Yet Uhuru; So Let The Merriment Stop, 4 Years Is Just Around The Corner!

''To whom much is given, much is expected.'' Like I have always said, Nigeria belongs to all of us. No one owns Nigeria more than I do, just like each and every one you fellow Nigerians. Those of you who may have shared the same political platform with me during the just conclude presidential election would agree with me that, we may have conceded defeat, but have not conceded our vision and mission for Nigeria. The victory is APC's to rejoice today and not to enjoy, but to hit the cause of the change they advocated with a sweeping motion to deliver all they have promised Nigeria and Nigerians.

The All Progressives Congress (APC) and it's leadership should bear in mind that so much is expected of them and that Nigerians can not afford to still be talking about the same issues of today by this time four year from now. Gen. Muhammadu Buhari owe Nigerians a duty to probing at least all present and out going state Governors and all those individuals who have been fingered or mentioned to have acquired wealth outside of their hard work or beyond their legitimate earnings.

There must be a systematic search for the truth and facts about some of the very high capacity corrupt allegations mentioned during and before the general election. The revelations of the Lion of Boudillion must be investigated. The alleged missing $20 billion must be investigated. The petroleum product subsidy must be investigated. The Nigerian military budget since 2007 must be investigated.  These are just basic corruption allegations Gen. Buhari must investigate transparently if he wants Nigerians to truly believe in him and his change. In other words, the die is cast for GMB to deliver Nigeria from the clutches of corruption and it's agents.

The first 100 days in office of this incoming GMB's administration is going to be the most expectant period for any administration in Nigeria. And to my fellow Nigerians, this incoming administration must be given the needed support at all costs and from all who mean well for Nigeria to succeed and to be totally devoid of actions that could arouse violence or geared towards making the country ungovernable for Gen. Muhammadu Buhari, because four years is just around the corner and to whom much is given, much is expected! Now, let the work begin!
