Pope Decries Persecution Of Christians During Easter Mass, Calls For An End To War

In the spirit of Easter celebration by Christians all over the world which marks the central event of Christendom as demonstrated by the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, Pope Francis prayed for an end to the persecution of Christians in his Easter Sunday address. 

Reflecting on the massacre of innocent students at the Garissa University College in Kenya by Islamist militants, the pontiff   called for peace all over the world and an end to war.
