Council meetings are pretty boring, however that doesn’t mean council workers don’t enjoy a bit of toilet humour. During what looks like a particularly dull council meeting in Texas recently a councilman took a quick bathroom break.
Unfortunately quiet decorum gave way to fits of laughter because the councilman had left his mic on, broadcasting the sounds of him relieving himself into the council chambers.
