From Metro UK; If ever there was a time to write #fail it is with this story. We have all been there, you try and make a romantic gesture for your latest crush and something gets in the way. Well, that is exactly what happened to this would-be Romeo.
Daring Russian romatic Pavel Logino attempted to surprise his love-interest Olga by abseiling down the side of her apartment so that he would appear Superman-style at herWINDOW.
But disastrously this rather creepy and, dare we say, ill thought out plan went awry when she missed it… because she was in the shower. Twenty-five year-old Mr Logino began desperately trying to ring her phone but she did not answer and he was left dangling eight storeys above the ground of the apartment block in South Russia’s Chelyabinsk Oblast.
As panic sets in, he begins shouting her name, alerting other residents, who (luckily for us) begin filming the bizarre scene. So, what did Olga think when she found out? Was there a Spider-Man and Mary-Jane style kiss? Well… no.
She was less than impressed when she came to theWINDOW in a towel to hear him declaring his undying love from the roof. She told him not to bother coming back before slamming the window. Fair enough!
