According to tmz.com, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have won $440,000 from Chad Hurley, the You Tube founder who leaked their engagement video he secretly shot online.
Chad Hurley, who went on to found MixBit after selling You Tube for $1.6billion, has agreed to pay the couple the sum of $440,000. The couple sued Hurley, claiming he manipulated his way into AT&T Park in San Francisco back in 2013 to witness Kanye's proposal. He even signed a confidentiality agreement. But Hurley secretly recorded the video and posted it on MixBit.
TMZ learnt that Hurley must pay the money within the next few days, so the lawsuit will be dismissed.
