Yahoo Boyz; A Prostitution Ring Is Using Amber Rose & Her Video To Lure Models Into Internet Prostitution Scam - Sources

Amber Rose is not in anyway happy with the kind of news flying in and around her at the moment! As reported, fraudsters are using her name and videos of her Ustream shows to lure models into internet prostitution, unknown to her.

The LAPD is currently investigating a company looking to hire models “for a paid celebrity photoshoot and clothing line.” Using an Instagram ad post to solicit aspiring models, the company then told the models that Rose was one of the people involved in the hiring process, essentially using her as bait, celebuzz! reports.

To scam models into thinking they’re authentic, the company would use old video footage from Rose’s Ustream account during their Facetime sessions to make it look like she was on the other end of the line. During the call, she has a bad connection, and eventually the call fails.

Models were told they’d be going on dates with wealthy men, and that if they were “intimate” with them, it would help them and their career in the long run (the latter of which was said via text message).

A source working with Rose on a “legitimate project” told GossipCop that she is “upset anyone would do this kind of thing in the first place” to women, and “feels sorry” for anyone who was tricked.

Suspecting the company is a prostitution ring, one of the models filed a police report on Monday (August 17, 2015) and according to reports, LAPD has begun investigating the coy and it's activities. Celebuzz!
