After all the bad behaviour the American police is known for, this officer thought, it's high time they started doing something to try to repair their highly battered image.
A policeman was recently spotted mowing a lawn in full uniform near his home – nothing too strange about that, until it became apparent he had apparently taken over the task after seeing it being performed by a woman with a child on her back.
Hoping to ease the mother’s burden and to allow her to spare her child from the hot sun, the officer reportedly offered to finish the task for her.
