Police in South Carolina, United States of America are investigating the source of this photo above after it was posted on Facebook showing a teenage mum sticking her toe in her baby’s mouth. Officers were contacted on Wednesday when a member of the public spotted the picture online.

It was taken at a house in South Carolina where children were being cared for and it is understood the teen mum had gone to the house to visit her child.
