This could be the making of a war as Saudi Arabia is said to have deliberately bombed Iranian Embassy in Yemen.
Iran has accused Saudi Arabia of ‘deliberately’ striking its embassy in Yemen.
Tehran said that the air raid left staff wounded as tensions between the two regional powers mounted, metro.co.uk reports.
‘This deliberate action by Saudi Arabia is a violation of all international conventions that protect diplomatic missions,’ foreign ministry spokesman Hossein Jaber Ansari was quoted as saying by state television.
‘The Saudi government is responsible for the damage caused and for the situation of members of staff who were injured,’ Ansari added, without specifying when the alleged strike took place.
You would recall a few days ago Saudi Embassy in Tehran was burnt down by protesters over the execution of a top Shiite Cleric by the Saudi authorities, in which Saudi Arabia accused Iran of not protecting their diplomatic mission.
Could this be an act of revenge?
