Images like this have been cropping up from time to time on social media over the years now. This is actually a lotus fruit image and could make your skin crawl, while looking at it. According to research, up to 29 per cent of people (18 per cent of females and 11 per cent of males) become viscerally upset after looking at images of clustered holes, according to the first-ever study on the condition known as trypophobia.
