Could This Humpback Whale Killed in Enu-ama Beach, Ondo State Nigeria Be One Of The Endangered Specie?

An eyewitness account has it that this whale in picture was killed at Enu-ama beach in Ilaje local government area of Ondo state, yesterday, 12/08/16. We hope it is not one of the endangered specie the world is trying to prevent it's extinction. Anyway since there is no such law/s nor any government or NGO agency responsible for such sector, anybody could kill what ever that comes in sight.
