Is Buhari's Media Aide Mocking Nigerian Christians With A Congratulation Letter For A Condolence Letter Or What? - By Frank Uche Dibia

Look Folks, this is not spelling or typographic error and it is not a mistake. Rather it is a well thought out art and technique of arranging his writing and letter to conveying the message he has in mind or was told to convey.  

It is very easy here, to understand why president Buhari's media aide could write this kind of letter to a Christian state governor who lost well over 50 of his fellow Christian citizens to a church building that collapsed while he (the governor) was in the church worshipping with them. 

First of all, you could be thinking Mr Shehu Garba's English language is to be blamed for mixing congratulation with condolence and secondly, you could as well understand the grammatical arrangement behind the letter which could be well described as a way of mocking Nigerian Christians for the survival of an individual, while over 50 Christians died in the tragedy.
