UK Prime Minister Mrs Theresa May and United States President Mr Donald J Trump walked hand in hand at the White House as both world leaders stroll to speak to the press after their close door meeting today. PM Theresa May and his US counterpart Mr Trump were at one point as in picture below holding hands, but not as in what you may be thinking, but I believe in demonstration of the special relationship that exists between their two countries.
The President said he was 'honoured' by Mrs May's visit and that relations between the two long-standing allies had never been stronger as the leaders held a press conference at the White House.
Mrs May announced that the Queen has invited Mr Trump for a state visit to the UK - and also signalled he had reassured her about America's commitment to NATO and pledged to continue the working relationship between the two countries.
