A woman was caught allegedly trying to run out of a hair salon without paying for the services or the hair extension. The store owners tried to stop the woman, and even suggested that they call the police to settle the matter. But when the alleged thief heard that they were planning to CALL 12 . . . she bolted out of there, not minding her modesty was hanging exposed.
