The reality star is reportedly mega keen to get rid of any signs she ever carried a baby ahead of her big day.

Kim is reportedly ‘addicted to looking perfect’ and planning to spend a whopping 200k on surgery ahead of her wedding. Sounds like a heck of a lot of time, pain and effort to us but then again we aren’t ‘addicted to perfection’. The reality star reportedly hates her body since she gave birth to baby North West last summer and is keen to get rid of any signs she ever carried a baby ahead of her wedding. It’s believed she is undergoing botox injections, chemical peels and countouring treatments in a bid to erase any effects her pregnancy had on her body in time for the big day.

 “Kim is petrified of looking like an old bride and seems to be on a mission to get her former body back at any cost,” a source told Grazia. She is also believed to be paying for laser therapy on her stretch marks.  “In her quest to look perfect over the last few months Kim has stopped at nothing to reverse the clock and and erase any sign that she has had a baby. She has booked procedure after procedure,” the source added. Kim was recently filmed on Keeping Up With The Kardashians aksing her surgeon what he could do for her ‘wrinkly hands’. Yes, really.
