President Jonathan addressed the press at Otueke after casting his vote, that people should be patient with the electoral commission INEC, because voting is taking place under a new system.
He says he does not blame the Independent National Electoral Commission (Inec) for today's problems. When asked who he had voted for, he replied: "I voted for myself and for the PDP."
